As a member of Indian Creek Hills Property Owners Association (“ICHPOA”), a Missouri nonprofit corporation, you are entitled pursuant to RSMo. § 355.826 to inspect and copy records (at a reasonable time and location specified by ICHPOA) that are required to be maintained by ICHPOA, which include:

ICHPOA’s latest annual financial statements.

ICHPOA’s accounting records.

ICHPOA’s meeting minutes and records of all actions approved by ICHPOA members for the past 3 years.

Records of all actions taken by ICHPOA’s members/directors without a meeting.

Records of actions taken by an ICHPOA committee.
-
Records identifying the names and addresses of ICHPOA members, along with the number of votes of each member.

Records identifying the names and addresses of current ICHPOA directors/officers.
-
ICHPOA’s articles of incorporation and amendments to them currently in effect.
-
ICHPOA’s bylaws and all amendments to them currently in effect.
-
Records of resolutions relating to the characteristics, qualifications, rights, limitations, and obligations of ICHPOA members.

Written communications from ICHPOA to its members for the past 3 years, including any financial statements furnished for the past 3 years under RSMo. § 355.846.

ICHPOA’s most recent corporate registration report.
If you would like to inspect any of the above-identified records, please submit a written request to the Board at least 5 business days before the date on which you wish to inspect/copy the records that describes with reasonable particularity the specific records you will be inspecting/copying and your purpose for inspecting/copying the records. Depending on the breadth and complexity of the request, the Board may need to impose a reasonable charge for the cost of labor and materials.
