Members Letter for Open Records Request

Dear Members,

We recently received requests seeking additional information regarding DNR, CC&Rs, Bylaws, and the financials of ICHPOA. Over the past three years, this board has made required documents and relevant communications available on our website for all members to access. To enhance convenience, and in cooperation with the attorney of the Indian Creek Hill Property Owners Association, a letter has been added to our website outlining the documents that members can access.

We are very proud of our association and its ability to meet reasonable needs for communication requirements. Please refer to our website for action item documentation, and, as always, feel free to call the president at 573-616-9477 if you have any additional inquiries. Remember, the more you utilize the provided information on ICHPOA.org versus individual requests, the more time and money can be saved for association enhancements.
