Meeting Update

Thank you, members!

The 2022 - 2023 ICHPOA Board would like to thank our property owners who donated their time and money ($150) for this 5-hour, very productive meeting last Saturday. We believe one more quick review will be needed to ensure we have everything the property owners voted for last year before it goes back to the attorney for edits, then back to all of you for the final vote. As always, we will post a notice when planning the next review of CC and R and the bylaws. Your input is vital.
