The fire department is behind Dakota in the common ground area. They stated that the fire department believes it's under control. They will stay on the property for another couple of hours to ensure.

Apparently, A tree hit a powerline, causing the fire. Power is off in the Dakota area, but no injuries were reported. 6:19pm
