12/29/2025 Tank day #1!

Happy New Year Property Owners!

Our first tank day has been scheduled for 12/29/2025.  The septic contractor you approved at our last annual meeting will be in the neighborhood to work on our Department of Natural Resources bi-annual report.  This is our first report, and we are expecting the process to evolve as we learn as we go along.  Please be patient as we do our best to protect all of our owners. Above all, the number one goal is to keep our neighborhood compliant with the state of Missouri to ensure we can all continue to enjoy and protect our beautiful POA for generations to come. Our POA President will accompany the contractor to answer any questions and address any concerns. Please feel free to contact Carrie Divine at 816-721-1520 with any questions, concerns or comments.
